California real estate salesperson license. Simply purchase the
required California real estate agent courses today to begin your
new real estate career!
1)
Take our approved Real Estate Principles Course.
2) Pass the
California Real Estate License Exam. Our comprehensive Real Estate Exam Preparation Materials ensure that you pass this exam on your first try.
3) Apply with the state and receive your 18-month Conditional California Real Estate Salesperson License. Your are now a licensed real estate salesperson!
4) Within 18 months, you'll take our Real Estate Practice Course and any one of our other approved California real estate courses. This converts your
conditional real estate salesperson license into a full California Real Estate Salesperson License.
5) Your full California Real Estate Agent License must be renewed every 4 years. For
your first renewal, simply take our DRE approved license renewal course covering ethics, trust fund handling, agency, and fair housing.
6) For
subsequent renewals, take one of our continuing education
courses.
